Firstly thank you for the postage refund which arrived today.
I would also like to say a thank you for the excellent service I have received from you company. Delivery of the few items I have ordered has been very rapid. I must confess when I had a problem with the indicator switch I thought I was kissing goodbye to my money. Then when you emailed to say return it and you would send a replacement and refund the postage costs I though yeah right.
Even when a replacement arrived next day and before I had returned the faulty item I thought, there is no way they will refund my postage. Well thanks for proving a not in the first flush of youth cynic wrong.
You have a first class, and do first class business and I wish you every success in these difficult times. I am a member of a few car forums were you can leave positive feedback for good companies and I fully intend doing so.
