12V/24V LED downlighter. Has 12 bright white LED's mounted in a splashproof plastic housing. Has sprung metal clips to hold into mounting hole. 43mm in diameter, requires 35mm mounting hole. Can be powered by 24V supply if used with supplied resistor pack (pic4). CE approved
